Sweet Orange Butter

Ever crave an orange roll but you don't have hours to make them? This butter is orangey and perfect on a hot white roll. You can whip it up in 5 minutes!  I bet you could even mix in some mini chocolate chips if you love the combination of chocolate and orange as much as I do.

Knowing Walmart those Terry's chocolate oranges will probably be in stores any day now anyways.

Sweet Orange Butter

• 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
• 7 Tbsp powdered sugar (1/2 cup would probably be just fine)
• 1 Tbsp orange zest
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice

In a bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy.

Add powdered sugar, orange zest, vanilla, and orange juice.  Beat until well combined. 

Transfer butter to a small canning jar or other airtight container.  Store in the refrigerator. Use within 1 week.
